About the role

An opportunity exists for a passionate New Home Sales Consultant to join a leading new home builder. You will play a crucial role in engaging with prospective clients and guiding them through the exciting process of purchasing their dream home.

What you'll be doing

• Actively promoting and selling new homes to potential customers
• Presenting the display home to a high standard at all times
• Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
• Negotiating sales contracts and managing the sales pipeline
• Maintaining detailed records and reporting on sales activities
• Collaborating with the broader sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives
