The Firm

A well-established plaintiff personal injury law firm with a strong reputation in NSW CTP, public liability (PL), and total and permanent disability (TPD) claims. The firm is known for client advocacy, high-quality legal services, and a collaborative team environment. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced and supportive legal team, working on complex personal injury claims while developing expertise in a leading plaintiff practice.

The Role

The firm is seeking a Law Graduate or Lawyer to assist in handling NSW CTP, PL, and TPD matters. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting file progression and legal analysis, without having full carriage of matters. Key responsibilities include :

  • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, correspondence, and court forms.
  • Reviewing medical reports, expert opinions, and claim documentation.
  • Conducting legal research and assisting in case strategy.
  • Liaising with clients, barristers, and other stakeholders.
  • Providing high-level support to senior lawyers in the team.
  • Ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately within deadlines.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have :

  • Minimum 2yrs experience in plaintiff personal injury law, with exposure to NSW CTP, PL, AND TPD claims.
  • A law degree and admission (or eligibility for admission) as a solicitor in NSW.
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills.
  • The ability to work quickly, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A collaborative and client-focused approach.
