About the Role :
Join a passionate and fast-paced Marketing & Communications team where no two days are the same. As our Social Media Content Specialist, you’ll bring the Montessori Academy story to life — showcasing the work of our educators, celebrating children’s learning journeys, and helping families understand the value of Montessori education.
You might start your week filming a Montessori Work Cycle and interviewing educators, before moving into content planning and campaign development with the team. Throughout the week, you’ll edit reels, schedule posts, manage the social media content calendar, and coordinate content capture days and centre shoots. Around once a month, you’ll also support Grand Openings, family events, or parenting expos, engaging directly with families and children at our newest centres.
If you’re passionate about storytelling, thrive in a dynamic creative environment, appreciate the work of educators and children, and understand what matters to families — all while staying ahead of social media trends — we’d love to hear from you.
