Advanced Occupational Therapist – Team Lead for Major Trauma

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Occupational Therapy department to team lead the Major Trauma team.
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to work with patients who have experienced major trauma in both the Acute and Rehab inpatient setting.
This will offer you experience in leading a team including day to day leadership in the team, staff supervision, appraisal, teaching and education, development of staff and the service.
The role involves close working with the MDT as well as Senior Leaders within the Division. There will also be close working with senior leadership in Occupational Therapy with the opportunity to deliver the OT strategy and vision.
The Occupational Therapy department offers opportunities to take part in a research symposium and opportunities for innovation in an ever changing environment.
