As a Business Analyst, you are a generalist consultant who will work across all industries and functions. This is the typical path for those looking to begin their careers as consultants.

Interview Process
This recruitment round is for our 2027 intake. Anticipated start date for successful candidates will be early to mid 2027.
Note that Kearney may invite you to first round of interviews prior to the job ad end date. If you are invited to first-round interviews, you will receive a notice from a Kearney recruiter to schedule your interview.
All other First-round interviews will commence in the week of 9 March 2026 in either our Sydney or Melbourne offices. Virtual arrangements available for those outside of these locations.
Following the First round, selected candidates will be asked back for a Second round of interviews which are expected to take place in the week following.
Successful candidates will be invited to an offeree event with more details to be announced.
