Job description

Our client is seeking an organised & dedicated Administration Officer to support the group in one of Gippsland’s largest retail outlets . This varied position will see you excel while showcasing your administrative talents.

Y our responsibilities will include :

  • Office support to the Centre Manager & team
  • Data entry & administration tasks as directed
  • Relief reception duties
  • All aspects of customer service

About you :

  • Confident disposition
  • Administration & customer service experience
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Positive outlook & a willingness to take on tasks assigned
  • On point time management skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to take direction & work autonomously
  • The successful applicant must have or be willing to obtain a police check, working with childrens check and a driver’s licence.
