The Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) is creating a Talent Pool of experienced HR Managers to fill upcoming ongoing and temporary vacancies across our divisions (as well as Corrective Services NSW). This is an opportunity to join a purpose‑driven organisation that works with children, young people, adults, families and communities to deliver services that are safe, just, inclusive and resilient.
Your role
As a HR Manager, Business Partnering, you’ll lead a team of HR professionals and work closely with senior leaders to deliver best‑practice workforce strategies and people solutions that support DCJ’s and CSNSW’s strategic objectives. This is a leadership role with broad reach – influencing decisions, managing complex workforce issues, and building strong partnerships across a broad client group such as Corrective Services NSW, Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery, Law Reform and Legal Services, Homes NSW, Child Protection and Permanency, and Corporate Services.
