Opera Bar — Sydney’s most iconic waterfront venue — is now proudly run by Applejack Hospitality , our 12th venue across Sydney and we’ve firied up the ovens for something special. We’re on the hunt for experienced Pizza Chefs who live and breathe great dough, quality ingredients, and consistency in high volume, and when under pressure. This summer and beyond, come and break record sales with us!

If you’ve got the skills to hand-stretch, top, and cook pizzas to perfection and care about every detail from bench to plate, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Bring :

• Experience making, stretching, and cooking pizza dough
• A passion for fresh, quality ingredients and consistency
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
• The ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
• A positive, team-first attitude and great communication skills
