Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day building operations, ensuring everything runs safely, efficiently, and cost‑effectively.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and financial reporting with care and precision.
• Take ownership of safety, risk management, and compliance across the portfolio.
• Coordinate and support contractors to achieve outstanding results every time.
