Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Wills & Estates Lawyer to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Albury. The role involves advising clients on wills and estate planning, managing deceased estate administration, advising in estate disputes, and drafting legal documents. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to ensure their legal needs are met effectively. Support and mentoring provided by our experienced and highly regarded, Principal Lawyer.

Skills and Experience

• Strong expertise in wills, estate planning, probate and deceased estate administration
• Proficiency in dispute resolution and legal document drafting
• Experience in property law and conveyancing preferred
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Minimum 3 years post admission experience
