Participates in a team to solve larger engineering problems.* With guidance, resolves discipline design tasks at component and sub-system level. Applies attention to detail, especially in DFM and tolerancing. Able to collect and analyse data to make technical decisions* Communicates technical information clearly to peers, senior team members, and suppliers in written, verbal, and graphical mediums* Builds rational technical arguments and considers the impact of their design decisions on other disciplines.
