Global Logistics provides sophisticated supply chain solutions, from end-to-end or part solutions, warehousing and distribution to dedicated transport solutions, across the globe and to some of the most remote corners of the world.

Retail, Consumer & Auto (RCA) provides specialised contract warehouse and distribution services to a range of industries across the globe including Consumer & Beverages, Specialty Retail, Auto and FMCG. We offer our customers an array of robust and flexible logistics and warehouse distribution solutions in the third-party logistics (3PL) market.

Administration & Operations Support – Moorebank, NSW.

This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

We are excited to be searching for an experienced Operations Support Coordinator to provide high level back-office support functions to the Grocery team at our shared Toll / Woolworths DC in Moorebank.

As the Operations Support Coordinator, you will :

  • Manage the office support functions including, but not limited to; payroll, data entry and report generation
  • Ensure reports are developed and collated for required business outputs and management reporting.
  • Provide high level service to all internal and external stakeholders at a site level.
  • Manage and take accountability for data entry speed and accuracy, regularly reviewing all required business support systems to achieve this.
  • Provide support for manager as required.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need :

  • Intermediate computer software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and other office – based technologies.
  • 3-5 years in administrative function.
  • Experience in coordinating and entering payroll data for payment of wages.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
