Application Support Analyst

An exciting opportunity is now available for an Application Support Analyst to join our Canberra based team. This role will support the Business Technology Support team in their day-to-day operations and will be primarily responsible for the provision of level 1 support of the Downer Professional Services Dynamics 365 / Power Platform environment.

• Bachelor or Diploma in an IT related course.
• Graduates looking for their first opportunity.
• IT professionals with 1-2 years' experience looking for a new opportunity.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft's Power Platform desirable / highly regarded.
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills. Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work within a team, both in-person and remotely. Australian citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Baseline-NV1 security clearance.
