As a result of growth, an opportunity exists for an experienced Supervisor to join our team based in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. We are seeking an energetic, positive, self-motivated, driven and passionate individual to add value to our business while inspiring and motivating your team.

  • The opportunity

The Supervisor will be responsible for a range of operational tasks to deliver a high-quality standard of work. Responsibilities include :

  • Supporting and supervising a team of up to 20 cleaners
  • Training and development of new and existing staff
  • Conducting daily inspections, audits and quality checks
  • Responding to ad-hoc cleaning requests
  • Conducting routine audits and quality checks
  • Overseeing workloads, work outcomes and standards
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures

    • Shifts from Monday to Friday : 2.00pm to 10.00pm or Saturday to Wednesday : 2.00pm to 10.00pm

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
  • A strong customer service focus and attention to detail
