Club Manager - Plus Fitness SPEARWOOD

Our SPEARWOOD Club is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Club Manager. A high level of structured support, ongoing training is provided with good career advancement opportunities.

The Role

As Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day management and operations of the club including lead generation, sales, marketing, customer service, management of PTs, and building and maintaining strong relationships with members and the local community. The Manager will ensure that Plus Fitness SPEARWOOD maintains its leading position as the best place to train!

  • This role offers a broad range of responsibilities including;
  • Overseeing Day to Day operation of the gym
  • Member services
  • Membership sales
  • Overseeing the Sales team and PTs
  • Staff rostering
  • Administration
  • Involvement in local area marketing

Skills and qualifications required

  • Basic Maths and A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word,

    • Outlook & Excel

  • A proven history in Sales & Business Development
  • Certificate 3 in Fitness (Certificate 4 in PT is optional)
  • Outstanding customer service and people skills
  • Excellent Leadership Skills
  • A proven ability to hit targets
  • Tertiary qualifications in health, business or commerce or

    • strong business acumen

  • Good knowledge of the health and fitness industry product

    • will be highly regarded

  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to manage staff appropriately based on the requirements of the circumstances;

    • Salary

    Attractive salary ($60,000-$75,000) + Bonuses + Commission (depending on experience).
