Eldercare has an exciting opportunity for a Dementia Support Assistant to join the team at Eldercare Sash Ferguson at Mt Barker.
The Dementia Support Assistant provides individualized one-on-one support and engagement to residents living with dementia , mainly in Eldercare Memory Support Units.
This role will work closely with the site based leadership team with best practice and professional support provided by Clinical Nurse Consultant – Dementia, to provide high-quality care and support to residents.
The following shifts are available on a permanent part time contract;
Week 1
Wednesday 10 : 00 - 15 : 00
Thursday 10 : 00 - 15 : 00
Friday 10 : 00 - 15 : 00
Monday 10 : 00 - 15 : 00
Tuesday 10 : 00 - 15 : 00
Week 2
