Regulatory Reporting Manager – BOQ Group

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regulatory Reporting Manager to join BOQ Group. This is a permanent position within the Group Finance division responsible for ensuring the Bank’s regulatory reporting requirements are met and for continually developing systems and controls to deliver timely, efficient, and accurate reporting to APRA and other government agencies.

About You

You are a CPA or CA qualified professional with proven experience in regulatory reporting within the banking sector. Your deep understanding of prudential standards—or alternatively, strong knowledge of accounting standards—positions you to navigate complex reporting requirements with confidence. You bring advanced technical capabilities, including spreadsheet modelling, database management, and ideally SQL and macro development skills, enabling you to deliver accurate and insightful regulatory reports. Your ability to build and manage relationships across a wide range of stakeholders—both internal and external—is a key strength. You communicate with clarity and precision, whether in writing or verbally, and are known for your collaborative approach and strategic mindset. You thrive in fast‑paced environments, consistently demonstrating initiative and a commitment to excellence in regulatory compliance and financial governance.
