Join us as a Business Support Specialist, Logistics at DSV – Global Transport and Logistics. The role is based in Port of Brisbane and delivers critical support to the Contract Logistics Team, completing data entry, analyzing reports, and problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute financial and operational reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor service costs and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and ensure budget compliance.
• Manage invoicing and supplier billing accurately using CargoWise One.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve financial and operational issues.
• Support warehouse management systems and inventory control, including stock‑take preparation.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with Bond 77 / 79 and QAP licenses and associated data.
