What is the role?

As the Head Of Department looking after Parties & Events at Kingpin Crown, you will :

  • Partner with all Department Heads & lead a team of Party & Event Hosts to create premium, immersive experiences
  • Provide our guests with a remarkable experience to remember forever!
  • Our dedicated Sales & Events team will look after securing all events, it's your job to prep the team, create the vibe and deliver the fun!

With events ranging anywhere from children's birthday parties to corporate events and anything in between, this role is perfect for anyone who knows how to adapt!

Given the nature of parties and events, this role requires flexible availability, including being able to work evenings and weekends.

Who are you?

  • You hold a valid WWCC or are willing to obtain
  • You know how to adapt your approach to the situation as the day goes on
  • A hands on & effective leader with a high attention to detail
  • Natural ability in relationship building to dazzle guests, drive sales & ensure encourage 5 star reviews
