Job descriptionPlanning and execution of preventative and breakdown maintenance to improve reliability of equipment Maintaining, servicing and troubleshooting failures of plant machinery and equipment Proactively contribute to new installations and projects Maintenance Fitter Trade qualification or similar trade with maintenance fitting experience High Risk Forklift Licence Exposure to work permit systems and lock out, tag out procedures Proven experience, knowledge and understanding of mechanical maintenance procedures Previous experience working in a similar role – manufacturing and / or plastics industry highly regarded Experience in troubleshooting and automation Ability to work with minimal supervision and understand clear direction with a team approach Sound written and verbal communication skills Restricted electrical licence an advantage A supportive team environment Overtime is available Ongoing role
We are seeking an experienced trade qualified Mechanical Fitter to join our clients growing team on Brisbane’s Northside – Immediate starts on offer!!
- Day Shift 7am – 3pm
- Pay $48 p / hr (based on experience)
- Overtime available
