The Role
- Lead, coach, and support your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Foster a collaborative workplace where team members are motivated, recognised, and supported to grow.
- Create a customer‑obsessed culture that delivers meaningful showroom experiences to customers and exceeds expectations.
- Drive store performance and oversee store operations, including rostering, budgeting, and stock control, to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance, safety, and brand presentation standards are consistently met across the store.
About You
A proven retail leader with the ability to influence, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team.Results‑driven, commercially astute, and motivated about achieving business goals.Experienced in managing sales targets, KPIs, and store performance with efficiency and care.Organised, strategic, and adaptable with strong problem‑solving and communication skills.Experience in the flooring, interiors, or building industry is advantageous.Hold a forklift licence or be willing to obtain one.What We Offer
