Event Coordinator

What will you do :

Play a central role in planning, organizing, and executing our global events strategy.

Bring a project-oriented mindset and a solid understanding of marketing and promotional techniques to elevate event success.

Contribute fresh ideas and strong organizational skills across a diverse portfolio of events, including :

Exhibitions

Third-party conferences

Industry association events

Client conferences and product user groups

Webinars

Client entertainment activities

Support all stages of event delivery—from pre-event planning to on-site coordination and post-event follow-up.

Champion creativity by proposing new, innovative concepts that enhance attendee experience and event impact.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, event organizers, and industry associations.

Collaborate with regional sales teams and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless event participation.

Work closely with your line manager to secure approvals and ensure alignment with brand and business objectives.

Troubleshoot challenges on the spot to keep events running smoothly.

Assist with post-event reporting, analysis, and lead-generation evaluation.

What you need to bring in :

Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team.

Demonstrated experience in event planning or coordination.

Strong project-management capabilities.

Excellent organizational skills and a natural problem-solver's mindset.

Confidence managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Ideally, a good understanding of web and social media platforms.

Experience with HubSpot or other lead-capture tools is a plus.

A degree or diploma in marketing, hospitality, event management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
