Go Doors , a member of the Record / ASSA Abloy Group , is one of Western Australia’s leading providers of automatic doors, roller doors, gates, and related solutions. We specialise in supplying and installing industry-leading brands across the commercial sector and hold multiple contracts with both government and private organisations.
As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team with a dedicated and proactive Business Development Manager who can help us strengthen client relationships, secure new opportunities, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targetsDevelop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnershipsResearch market trends and competitor activities to shape growth strategiesCollaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clientsPrepare and present proposals, pitches, and contracts to prospective clientsTrack performance metrics and provide regular business reportsEstimating / quoting automatic door packages to fabricators, builders and end usersMonitor tendering portals and generating leadsFollowing up and managing sale leads and quotes requestsConduct site visits with Technicians, Consultants or Customers as necessaryLiaise with subcontractors, tradespeople and suppliersUndertake site measurements and assess site conditions as requiredSpecifying architectural hardware into commercial projectsPresenting technical information to architects, builders, fabricators, glaziers and customersCommercial customers only, we don’t undertake residential workAbout You
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account managementStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain professional relationships at all levelsStrategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented approachAbility to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications with a mechanical and electrical aptitudePrior experience in automatic doors and architectural hardware will be highly regarded; however, applicants with demonstrated sales or estimation experience from a technical industry would be suitable, e.g. electrical, medical, glazing, fabrication, mechanicalPreviously held titles may include, but not be limited to, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Architectural Hardware Specification, EstimatorSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamReady to Be Our Next Sales Superstar?
