Rockpool RAC is a fully accredited, privately owned aged care organisation offering residential, respite, memory support and palliative care services in Queensland. Our brand-new 150‑bed home at Oxley is due to open in 2025 and we are commencing recruitment for the Clinical Manager role, which is due to commence with Rockpool early February 2025.

About the role

As a full‑time Clinical Manager, you will be at the forefront of Rockpool’s commitment to reimagine aged care. Working in collaboration with the Facility Manager, you will establish and lead a clinical team delivering exceptional, person‑centred care in a dynamic, state‑of‑the‑art environment. This is an opportunity to set new benchmarks in care, contribute to a vibrant team culture, and play a pivotal role in the successful commissioning of our Oxley home.

About you

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Advanced clinical skills relevant to the aged care setting
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role, with commissioning experience highly regarded
• Solid background and understanding of the complexity of the residential aged care regulatory environment
• Proven ability to manage large, complex aged care homes and understanding of regulatory requirements
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
• A passion for creating positive outcomes for residents, families, and your team
