Senior Building Consultant

Senior Building Consultant - Commercial

In your new role you will conduct forensic building inspections to ensure that contractors complete rectification works to a compliant standard and cost. You will be responsible for administering the full scope of works, causation reports and ensuring the quality of work.

Accurate and detailed recording of data whilst on site

Providing customer service to all parties with an interest in the job

Preparation of reports and scope of works to client

Compliance to client and internal claim handling requirements and timeframes

Compiling and formatting forensic building reports and scopes of work

Cert III Carpentry or Cert IV Building & Construction or Licensed Builder

Knowledge of the insurance industry and process requirements of admin hearings and litigation

Ability to puts the customer and client at the centre of service delivery
