SkyPoint is located on the 77th floor of the Gold Coast’s iconic Q1 building and is truly an extraordinary venue, 230 metres in the sky. We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Seasonal Casual Attendants!

The role of a SkyPoint Attendant is to positively engage with our guests and provide service excellence and efficient operations across our Food & Beverage, Events and Guest Services departments.

Guest Services provides the first point of contact for our visitors at SkyPoint by welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner; facilitating front entry, processing entry tickets and generating sales. A beaming smile for a warm welcome is essential!

Once on the observation deck, our Food & Beverage operation provides an all‑day dining experience in our Bistro & Bar, whilst our team also maintains a high standard of cleanliness and venue presentation, ensuring an exceptional SkyPoint experience is delivered to our guests.

These positions are available to commence from mid November 2025 with an end date of early February 2026. Seasonal team members will have the opportunity to apply for any ongoing vacancies at the end of the contract period. Good availability throughout peak holiday periods and flexibility with working hours is essential as weekend, early morning and evening work is involved.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a group interview on 30 October 2025.
