Sales Development Representative

Overview

Compensation Range : $74,000 AUD base with on target earnings at $94,000 AUD plus equity

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of cybersecurity experts focused on breaking down barriers to security. We build purpose-built security solutions, hunt hackers, and impact our community. Our technology is designed with a Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is integrated with our service.

We protect endpoints and identities worldwide, supporting underresourced IT teams to strengthen security.

What You’ll Do

Huntress is adding a Sales Development Representative to our high-performing team in Australia. You’ll join a small but elite team focused on building and expanding our presence within the Australian market. You will identify potential net-new accounts and engage with qualified accounts to convert them into meetings for our Account Executive sales team. This role requires both outbound cold calling and handling inbound opportunities. You’ll share our value proposition and answer questions in a timely manner.

We view sales as an opportunity to educate partners about the value we provide. SDRs generate and qualify leads, make outbound calls, and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Through a mix of outbound and inbound leads, create new business opportunities to fuel Huntress’ growth in Australia
• Engage MSPs via phone, email, and other channels to understand challenges and identify solutions
• Operate with autonomy to help the team improve processes, training, technology, and other aspects of the business
• Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to create opportunities for new business
• Conduct a high volume of calls and activities to book qualified meetings for the AE team
• Maintain good CRM hygiene and keep leads and accounts up to date
