Job descriptionA Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved equivalent A current Working with Children Check Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) Full Australian working rights A professional, polished presence and warm approach A natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting Generous above award salary Outstanding resources which are replenished frequently Up to 6 weeks annual leave Direct Access to Leadership and Owners Financial support for ongoing education to help you grow Rewards for referring family and friends Opportunities to transfer across our centres Terms and conditions apply.

Welcome to Eden Academy Caboolture. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children. Operating from 6 : 30am - 6 : 30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open‑plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age‑appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 117 children to explore, grow, and thrive.
