We are currently seeking experienced HSE Advisors to join our company to provide professional advice and support to our Perth and Remote site teams. Reporting to the HSE Manager and the HSE Superintendent or the Relevant Project Managers when onsite, you will be responsible for all HSE related matters.

Responsibilities

• Administer specific project Health Safety Environmental Plans
• Administer HSE registers
• Carry out standard HSE tasks, including safety and environmental inspections, toolbox talks, safety interactions, SWMS / JHA surveillances and START Card inspections and reviews
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with set procedures and requirements
• Investigate all incidents with efficiency, implement corrective actions and ensure debriefs are conducted with teams
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Establish, communicate and roll out specific Standard Operating Procedures for tasks
