• Expected salary : $36 - $43 per hour

We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Shift Supervisor with a passion for food and team leadership. In this role, you’ll be overseeing day‑to‑day operations during your shift — including coordinating staff, maintaining kitchen and service standards, and ensuring a smooth, efficient customer experience. You’ll gain experience in every area of the store and play a key role in keeping the team on track and the store running at its best.

Experience is great, but it’s not everything. What matters most is your attitude. If you bring energy, initiative, and a ‘can do’ attitude, we’ll provide the training and support to help you excel.

What You’ll Be Doing

L eading and inspiring the team across both front‑of‑house and kitchen operations.

Training, coaching, and mentoring staff to improve performance and build confidence.

Managing daily operations including stock, ordering, rosters, and cash handling.

Monitoring performance metrics such as speed of service, quality, cost control, and waste.

Ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant environment in line with food safety and OH&S standards.

Leading by example — whether it’s cooking on the grill, serving at the POS, or helping in the dish station, you’ll be hands‑on when it counts.
