Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain a stable and efficient IT environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Lead a small team of IT professionals, both locally and internationally, fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture.
  • Work closely with external partners to manage the internal environment.
  • Develop and implement a long-term IT roadmap, guiding the company's technological advancements over the next decade.
  • Lead the adoption and maximisation of Dynamics 365 / Business Central within the business.
  • Be comfortable working in a blue-collar environment, working on industry specific systems / machines.

About You :

  • You have a solid background in IT management, ideally with experience in multinational or multi-site organisations. Experience within blue collar environments is also a huge plus.
  • You bring a strong understanding of business systems, with hands-on experience in both on-premises and cloud-based environments.
  • You are comfortable working with external providers and managing third-party relationships.
  • You are a strategic thinker, capable of planning and executing a comprehensive IT roadmap.
  • You are a strong leader and communicator, adept at guiding and mentoring a diverse team.
