Overview
Facilities Specialist role based in Melbourne. Lead facilities operations across ANZ in a high-impact, strategic capacity; coordinate and manage facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and space planning in a professional, inclusive workplace.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of facility maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring compliance with service agreements.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, including expenses and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all sites.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address facility issues promptly.
- Provide support for office relocations, renovations, and space planning projects.
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate swift resolutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in facilities management within the business services industry.Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors effectively.Proficiency in using facilities management software and tools.A relevant qualification or certification in facilities management or a related field.Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.What’s on Offer
