Quality Systems Coordinator

As the Quality Systems Coordinator at Asahi Beverages on our Wulkuraka site, you’ll strengthen our food safety and quality systems. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you’ll lead the custodianship, implementation and continuous improvement of integrated quality systems – ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer and third‑party standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain quality and food safety management systems, including HACCP, GMP, PRPs and ISO standards
• Manage and improve document control and compliance records (e.g. SharePoint‑based systems)
• Support and coordinate internal and external audits, facilitating gap analysis and closure with key stakeholders
• Deliver and coordinate quality and compliance training, ensuring understanding across all levels of the site
• Partner with production teams to embed quality principles and support daily operational compliance
• Influence, engage and bring others on the journey as part of ongoing change and continuous improvement initiatives
