This position is an ideal opportunity for recent finance graduates eager to start their careers in the industry or individuals looking to advance their banking careers. If you are passionate about helping people achieve their dream of homeownership, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Working within a dynamic team, you will receive comprehensive training and support to equip you with the skills needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities

Assess and verify financial documentation related to home loan applications, including income, employment verification, credit checks, and valuation orders, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. Assist brokers and BRMs with inquiries related to applications, credit structuring, and any potential issues or concerns during the loan process. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex loan-related issues, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for all parties involved. Provide expert advice and guidance to brokers on loan products, eligibility criteria, and lending policies to ensure accurate and competitive offerings for customers. Monitor and maintain up-to-date records of all loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas of improvement within the loan origination process and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the loan origination and approval process.

We will provide comprehensive training and support to equip you with the tools necessary to succeed. This is a high-volume environment, offering a fast-track opportunity to build extensive knowledge of the home loan journey, from application to settlement. In addition to your strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills, you'll need to demonstrate :

A keen eye for detail and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to change and maintain a high level of motivation. Experience in processing home loan applications (desirable but not essential) or completion of studies in a related field. A strong desire and ability to quickly learn the Bank's Credit Policy and Consumer Mortgage Lending procedures. A commitment to personal growth and career development within Auswide Bank. A customer-centric mindset, with the drive to make a positive impact on our brokers' experience and overall service delivery. A collaborative approach, thriving in a team environment while also being able to manage your own workflow independently. Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced industry with an eagerness to contribute to the Bank's continued success and growth. Proficiency with technology and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools and systems related to loan processing. Resilience and adaptability in dealing with a high-volume workload, consistently maintaining accuracy and quality even in busy periods. A proactive mindset with the ability to identify areas of improvement in processes or workflows and suggest practical solutions.
