Kalamunda Christian School (KCS), nestled in the beautiful suburb of Walliston, has been shaping young lives for over 40 years. We are seeking a professional and strategic CorporateServices Manager to join our team in an ongoing position commencing on the 12 th January 2026 . This role can be either full-time or part-time (0.8 FTE) , depending on both your experience and your preference.
You will demonstrate a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ, a clear sense of calling to serve within SCEA, and a strong understanding of the purpose of Christian education. Reporting to the Principal and collaborating with the CFO, you will strategically oversee the school’s non-academic operations—finance, enrolments, marketing, HR, and facilities—to support high-quality, Christ-centred education and foster trust with the community.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full enrolment process, including enquiries, tours, applications, and admissions, while maintaining accurate data and supporting marketing strategies to promote the school.
- Manage tuition and fee billing in collaboration with the SCEA Finance Team and initiate early-stage conversations with parents about overdue accounts.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, community groups, and external agencies, supporting school events, fundraising, and partnerships.
- Act as a key point of contact for non-academic matters, ensuring effective and supportive communication with staff and parents.
- Work with the SCEA Finance Team to prepare budgets, produce financial reports, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Supervise administrative and maintenance staff to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient service delivery.
- Oversee HR and payroll processes with support from central teams and assist with ICT infrastructure planning and implementation.
- Manage the maintenance and improvement of buildings, grounds, and assets, coordinating capital works and ensuring compliance with safety and risk standards.
Qualifications
Demonstrates a personal commitment to Jesus Christ, regular church attendance, and alignment with SCEA’s Statement of Faith and Christian lifestyle values.Strong time management, ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure attention to detail.Clear and professional in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to liaise effectively with staff, parents, and external stakeholders.Experienced in supervising and motivating administrative or support staff to achieve shared goals.Skilled in Microsoft Office, familiar with school management or CRM systems, and capable of basic IT troubleshooting.Proficient in managing invoices, petty cash, budgeting, and maintaining accurate financial records and reporting.Welcoming and professional in interactions, able to handle sensitive conversations with care and foster a positive office environment.Proactive, adaptable, and committed to improving processes and resolving issues efficiently.What We Offer
