Multiple Premium Cleaning Specialists | Sydney Wide

Sydney's fastest-growing luxury cleaning platform is expanding our specialist network across all service categories. We’re seeking experienced, fully-equipped professionals ready to join Australia’s most premium cleaning brand. Aussie Cleaning connects Sydney's discerning clients with certified, insured cleaning specialists across Airbnb & Property Management and other premium categories.

What You Need

  • Own reliable vehicle (car / van / ute)
  • Public liability insurance
  • ABN (or willing to obtain)
  • Standard cleaning equipment (vacuum, mops, microfiber systems) - can be gifted
  • Professional carpet / upholstery extractor (preferred)
  • Hot water extraction system (truck-mount or portable) (preferred)
  • Specialized equipment relevant to niche / category (where applicable)
  • ABN + specialized training / certification (preferred)
  • Professional pressure washer (3000+ PSI, hot water preferred) + surface cleaner attachments (where applicable)
  • Water recovery system (for commercial sites, where applicable)
  • White Card (construction site access - mandatory for builders / renovation work, where applicable)
  • Experience with delicate surfaces (e.g., sandstone, timber) (where applicable)
  • ABN + experience with builders / contractors (where applicable)
  • Security clearances (for corporate / FBO work, where applicable)
  • Clean police check (we'll arrange)
  • Own client base you can bring to platform (bonus points)

What You'll Do

  • Luxury home resets
  • Airbnb turnovers
  • Commercial office cleaning
  • Regular maintenance contracts (weekly / fortnightly)
  • Mattress sanitization
  • Curtain & drape cleaning
  • Post-flood restoration
  • Graffiti removal
  • Pre-sale property exterior prep
  • Residential window cleaning
  • Post-construction window cleaning
  • Strata building contracts
  • New build final cleans
  • Concrete / grout haze removal
  • Paint splatter & adhesive removal
  • High-security corporate facilities (where applicable)

    • Earn

    70% split (you keep the majority; we handle platform, marketing, and client acquisition)

  • Top performers with recurring contracts can earn substantial monthly income

    • Application Process

  • Step 2 : Phone Screening (15 minutes)
  • Step 3 : Practical Assessment
  • Step 4 : Onboarding
  • Step 5 : First Jobs (supervised → independent)

  • Valid ABN (or willing to establish immediately)
  • Public liability insurance (varies by category)
  • Own professional equipment (per category details above)
  • Own vehicle for equipment transport
  • Clean police check (we’ll arrange)
  • Excellent English communication (client-facing)
