  • is responsible for providing a highly professional standard of secretarial services and administrative / clerical support to the
  • Medical Teaching Unit.
  • Medical Teaching Unit
  • works closely with junior doctors, consultants, directors of clinical training and the Director of Postgraduate Medical Education to facilitate the recruitment, rostering, education and wellbeing of interns, residents and registrars
  • This position is on a Casual basis.
  • Knowledge of Junior Doctor roles and / or previous experience in a health care setting is highly regarded._
  • An ability to work within and contribute to the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
  • Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a courteous manner whilst conveying a high level of professionalism.
  • An ability to prioritise and multitask to achieve desired results; and ability to coordinate, problem solve and organise resources to maximise all opportunities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service, including a high level of clear, concise written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Microsoft office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet with the ability to display the documentation in a professional manner.
