We are seeking a motivated and experienced candidate to join our dynamic team. The Property Management Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage a small portfolio, and guide our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to mentor, strategise, and enhance the property management experience while being supported by a company that values innovation and excellence.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Oversee property management operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Be hands on in the work of managing your own property portfolio of properties.
• Using your client centric mindset and strong communication skills to nurture relationships with landlords and tenants alike.
• Coach and support team members, providing guidance on lease renewals, arrears management, inspections, and QCAT hearings.
• Improve operational processes by identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Coordinate training sessions, team meetings, and upskilling programs to foster continuous learning and career development.
• Act as the key escalation point for tenant and landlord concerns, ensuring swift resolution and client satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance, ensuring management fees, arrears, and new business targets are consistently met.

Skills & Experience

• Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration.
• At least 4+ years’ experience as a Property Manager with leadership exposure.
• A current valid QLD Driver’s License.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment.
• A genuine love of Property Management and People.
