About The Role

As a Clinical Nurse on Ward 23, you will care for a mix of general medical and surgical patients. In this key leadership position, you will act as a team leader, mentor junior staff, and serve as a professional resource and role model.

What You'll Bring

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

Minimum 4 years post-graduate experience in the relevant specialty.

Post-graduate qualifications (highly regarded).

A strong interest in mentoring and developing junior team members.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Clinical leadership experience (desirable but not essential).

Remuneration

A base hourly rate ranging from $

• hourly plus superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances (QLD RN / RM Level 2).
