About the role

We are looking for a proactive, people focussed Recruitment Coordinator to join our team to manage and support the hiring process for a select portfolio of roles and to help deliver a seamless, inclusive experience for candidates and our hiring team.

You will coordinate hiring processes for select legal and business services roles, including (but not limited to) end to end recruitment and talent acquisition activities, and supporting the Advisors at various stages of hiring process for roles they are working on. You will provide administrative support for the lateral partner hiring process.

You will manage multiple candidate sourcing channels; to build a talent pipeline and strategically source candidates, create and post job advertisements, interviewing, managing offers and onboarding. You will prepare reports and assist with data analysis. You will be involved in various projects and support the implementation and documentation of new processes, systems and new initiatives.

We recruit most of our roles in-house and our success is largely hinged on our individual strengths as a team combined. We succeed together and the result is a high-performance, collegial team.

About you

We welcome applications from candidates who have demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably gained from the professional services industry, where you have supported or coordinated end to end recruitment activities. It is essential that you possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, have strong attention to detail and have an ability to effectively work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
