Recruitment Specialist across Investment, Funds Management, Capital Markets and Direct Property

Our client is an Australian fund manager and developer with a focus on real estate and private capital. They invest in high‑conviction deals, focusing on value, special situations, and assets they know well. Founded by experienced investors and operators, they move fast, think creatively, and invest their own capital alongside a trusted network of family offices and private investors.

They are looking for a smart, driven analyst to join the investment team. This is a rare chance to step out of the advisory lane and into a principal investing seat. You’ll be working directly with decision‑makers on live transactions from day one.

The Role

  • Supporting the sourcing, analysis, and execution of investments across real estate and private capital.
  • Building and maintaining financial models, investment memos, and deal materials.
  • Conducting market research, underwriting assets, and assessing capital structures.
  • Participating in DD, negotiations, and deal execution processes.
  • Working directly with founders, operators, and capital partners.
  • Bringing commercial thinking and hustle to everything you do.

The Candidate

  • 1–3 years of experience in Big 4, real estate advisory, investment banking, or a boutique firm.
  • Financially sharp – you know how to model cashflows, not just format them.
  • Analytical but commercial – you want to understand the why, not just crunch the what.
  • Hungry, humble, and ready to work hard on things that matter.
  • Interested in real estate, private markets, and long‑term value creation.
