About the role
Based at our Hazelmere facility on a Monday to Friday roster supporting the WA & SA Thiess Asset Operations.
In this role, you will :
- Liaise with customers and suppliers
- Maintain registers and records of hired and owned assets.
- Creating, processing and reconciliation of Purchase Orders and Invoices.
- Processing expense claim
- Booking of travel and accommodation both onsite and for field service
- Assist with day to day functions of the workshop
About you
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in a similar position.Experience with JDE (or similar payroll / procurement tool).Ability to work unsupervised, strong problem solving and time management skills.Analytical approach to business, practices self auditing processes.Industry experience will be essential.What Thiess can do for you
