What you bring

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Gym Instructor to join our dynamic team at Victoria Park Pool . The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with diverse client groups, including beginners, athletes, older adults, and those with specific health goals.

Our Health Club thrives on community, results, and innovation—so we’re looking for someone who can bring energy, professionalism, and a personal touch to every shift. You’ll be expected to contribute to the overall member experience with a proactive attitude toward member engagement.

You’ll receive gym floor hours to build rapport with members and showcase your expertise. We provide leads to help you convert members into long-term clients, giving you a strong foundation to grow yourself within our brand. You’ll also have the opportunity to bring your unique style and programming to life within our Health Club. Whether you\'re looking to expand your or refine your skills, we offer the tools, support, and flexibility to help you thrive.
