We are now seeking a National Commercial & Growth Director based in Brisbane, responsible for driving Hera’s growth across Queensland and the eastern states. This is a high-impact role for someone who is deeply connected within the construction industry and has a proven ability to generate work through relationships, strategy and commercial leadership.

Once these regions are performing, the role will expand to support Western Australia and further national growth.
This is not a passive strategy role. We need someone who can win work, influence the market, direct BD strategy and lead commercial decisions across multiple sectors and states.

Lead contract negotiation and commercial risk assessment for all major pursuits in the eastern states.
Ensure agreements meet Hera’s commercial risk appetite and profitability expectations.
Support project leaders with contractual advice, scope control and variation management.
