What would I be doing

As a Marketing Officer you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of employer partners and driving employment outcomes for people with disabilities across the North Brisbane area. Your responsibilities would fall into these 3 categories :

Business Development and Partnerships

• Proactively source and develop new business opportunities through networking cold calling and other prospecting techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers understanding their specific hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Negotiate wage subsidy agreements with employers.
