Your Impact
Within the Events & Client Experience function, the Dior Experience Expert is responsible for delivering elevated, immersive and ultra-premium Dior brand experiences across key events, activations and in-store moments.
This role is crucial in bringing the House of Dior to life through storytelling, expert product knowledge and exceptional client engagement, directly contributing to client acquisition, loyalty, and commercial performance.
The Dior Experience Expert works closely with key functional partners including Eventing, Retail, Education, Marketing, Account Management teams, and retail partners to ensure every client interaction reflects Dior’s luxury standards and excellence.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES – Day-to-Day Missions
Deliver immersive Dior events including Beauty Classes, Masterclasses, pop-ups, VIP events and boutique openings, from setup through to client engagement and sell-through (~40%).Animate Dior storytelling through expert product demonstrations, application techniques and tailored recommendations to drive conversion and client loyalty (~20%).Partner with the Eventing Team to achieve KPIs across events, including client bookings, outreach, recruitment and sales performance (~15%).Lead Private Client and PEX selling initiatives, acting as a key advocate for PEX outreach and sell-through across events and activations (~10%).Support retail performance during quieter periods through in-store activity, including sampling, traffic stopping, prospect recruitment and key business drivers (~15%).The responsibilities outlined in this job description are subject to change based on business needs and ongoing projects.Profile
Experience
Ideally, you will have 3–5 years’ experience as a Skincare & Fragrance Expert, Make-up Artist or similar luxury beauty role , with strong exposure to premium client engagement and events.Soft Skills aligned with our Values
