Business Development Manager (desk-bound)
Bridgit is a non-bank lender specialising in bridging loans. We fill a gap left open by traditional lenders by offering the only flexible and dependable product in the market. The Role
As a Business Development Manager (desk-bound), you’ll be responsible for managing broker portfolios, enhancing engagement, and driving new business opportunities. At Bridgit, we focus on activation—engaging brokers, educating them on our products, and driving business growth through persistence and strong relationships. We’re looking for someone who can handle rejection, stay determined, and maintain a proactive, solution-focused approach.
Over the First 6-12 Months
You will :
- Managing and monitoring assigned broker portfolios through various channels to provide exceptional service.
- Developing a deep understanding of products, policies, and loan structuring to offer informed guidance.
- Discussing loan scenarios and structures with mortgage brokers.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our network.
- Increasing broker utilisation through engagement and education.
- Efficiently managing tasks and undertaking additional duties as directed by management.
What We’re Looking For
