About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in Patient Holding, you'll play a pivotal role in providing high-quality, comprehensive care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. You will ensure a smooth transition for patients from pre-operative stages to the surgical theatre, maintaining a compassionate and professional approach at all times. Your dedication will be key in promoting safety and comfort throughout the surgical process.

About You
To thrive in this role, you will bring a combination of qualifications, skills, and experience that ensure you provide excellent patient care while continuing to develop professionally.
Registered Nurse with current or eligible registration with the Nursing Board of Australia.
Evidence of basic skill consolidation, such as completion of a Graduate Nurse Program.
Ability to provide comprehensive care, assess staff competence, and foster learning.
Demonstrated experience in managing acutely ill patients and commitment to continuous improvement.
