About the Role :

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Occupational Therapists to join an expanding, family-owned Allied Health practice based in the North Brisbane Clinic. The clinic provides exceptional therapy services to clients across Brisbane and its surrounding areas, both in-clinic and in the community.

This role offers flexibility, with options for full-time or part-time work, Monday through Friday. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, including paediatric, adolescent, adult, or mixed cases, based on your professional interests and expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct functional assessments and referrals
  • Provide ongoing therapy to enhance clients' quality of life
  • Improve activities of daily living (ADLs) and motor skills
  • Recommend home modifications and supported living solutions
  • Work with NDIS clients to support their individual needs
  • Salary ranging from $85k - $120k per annum plus super, based on experience
  • Weekly in-house continuing professional development (CPD) sessions and monthly peer mentoring
  • Car allowance for community-based travel

    Part-Time Occupational Therapist - Bulimba

    The Role :

  • Part-time position : 1.5 days per week (with scope to grow as caseload increases)
  • Caseload : Primarily community-based with some in-clinic sessions
  • Client Base : Aging population under Home Care Packages
  • Duties : Home modifications, equipment prescription, assistive technologies, and comprehensive assessments
  • Travel : Home visits across Brisbane (up to 40km from Bulimba) - own vehicle required (reimbursed per km)
  • Start Date : Immediate start available

  • Hourly Rate : $45-$8 per hour + Superannuation

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Minimum 2 years' clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist
