Job descriptionManage, coordinate, and deliver all engineering design deliverables across HV and renewable energy projects Collaborate with the local multidisciplinary design team Coordinate design reviews and verification processes (including Safety in Design) Client interface and stakeholder engagement Ensure compliance with Australian and international standards Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering Proven experience in HV design and delivery, ideally across HV substations (66kV and above) & renewable projects (wind, solar, BESS) Strong understanding of the full EPC project lifecycle Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative leader

Overview
An established national EPC contractor delivering HV renewable projects is seeking a Design Manager to lead major energy infrastructure developments. With one project ready to kick off a hybrid microgrid in WA involving substations, thermal and renewable systems, you’ll take ownership of the full design lifecycle and be the technical interface between engineering, construction, and energy stakeholders.
